AGM updates 2024
Thank you to everyone who attended our AGM for 2024!
For those unable to make it, the minutes and Treasurer’s Report are attached below.
We also wanted to share out two resources that we found helpful in guiding our practice over the last 12 months.
The first resource is from Upstream Podcast. This episode features an interview with Mia Birdsong, author of "How We Show Up: Reclaiming Family, Friendship, and Community." Kat found this to be an accessible and hopeful discussion about how we can show up for and with community in many ways, big and small.
The other resource is related to the land honouring or acknowledgement presented by Kat at the top of the meeting. They quoted Ta7talíya Nahanee and we felt it was appropriate to connect folks with the excellent resources available through their inclusion, communication and decolonization materials.
